GT bank has made an announcement blaming the ATM service outage their customers have been experiencing recently on a fire incident in their processing center.

The notice reads Thus: Dear esteemed customers, we regret to inform you that our e-channels (ATMs, Internet banking and POS) are temporarily unavailable.This is due to a fire incident at our processing centre. The situation is however under control and we expect to restore access to these channels shortly. We regret every inconvenience and reassure you of our commitment towards serving you better.
