The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has declared Afribank, the "Best Clearing Bank" in the Ibadan Clearing House for 2010. This is in recognition of the bank’s excellent performance in the Clearing House.

The award was presented to the bank by Mrs. Florence Ijagbune and　Mr Mudashiru Akande Adebayo, Director and Branch Controller, CBN, Ibadan, Area　at the Jogor Centre in Ibadan.

Mrs. Ijagbune congratulated Afribank on the award and encouraged the bank to sustain its　excellence　in clearing　operations, transactions and in other areas .

Regional Head,　Commercial Banking, Ibadan Region, Afribank,Mr Femi Feyide,　received the award for the bank and assured that, "Afribank will continueto to deliver excellent banking services."

He further assured customers that　 Afribank would continue to improve its services and live up to the expectations of stakeholders.
