GOVERNOR of Central Bank of Nigeria, Mallam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi has been scheduled to deliver a lecture at Kresta Laurel Limited Partner’s Forum. He is expected to speak a topic: “Infrastructure, Industrialisation and the Nigerian Economy,”today at the Sheraton Hotel in Lagos.
The Managing Director of the company, Dideolu Falobi, who disclosed this at a media briefing recently in Lagos, stated that the topic is particular relevant at this stage of our development as a nation when our potential leaders are canvassing for votes.
“Given the clarity of his ideas, courage, integrity, tenacity of purpose and passion for delivering on his current national assignment, is well-positioned to give us a snap view of how these core development issues are currently being handled and will be handled in the future,” he added.
The annual Kresta Laurel International Partners Forum form part of the company’s corporate social responsibility programme aimed at stimulating a national debate that will lead to clear cut policies on the development of the country’s infrastructure asroads, communication, water, and power.Other confirmed participants according to Engr. Falobi are Antti Matinpalo of Kone Elevators of Finland, Kari Kornberger of Demag Cranes and Components of Germany, Renato Cerutti of AEC of Italy, Abdellatif Dakkak of Butzbach Gmbh of Germany and Mr. Razk Korayen of Fronius of Austina.
The partner’s forum which was first organized in 2008 is a forum for interaction between Kresta Laurel’s overseas partners and local partners. Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Property developers, Banks and other investors and stakeholders in the construction industry are expected to attend and make presentations at the occasion.
Such presentations will cover their company, products and new developments in their various industries.
