    Is it worth having? Any body has an experience with it.?

    Other than the visual pleasure, nothing much.
    I'd upgrade to windows 7 but only because i'm bored with XP.
    I seriously couldn't find anything to suggest that it was better. plus the old Vista style annoying menus are still there, and it is quite frankly a struggle to find what you are looking for in those menus.
    Expensive of course. not recommended, and i would wait esp. because windows 7 was a rush job. wait for the prices to come down if you still want to.
    For upgrade to win7 you must have very high Pc or else it would be damm slow .it requires 2Gb min ram and 512graphics card ,it you dosent have much config it's better to stick with xp.

    Slightly disagree go to this site and use the demo training for windows 7 to see whats new. And it is interactive(simulation) just like you are using the real thing.
