    To be candid with you,Your goal is set too high.
    Loosing weight is a process not an event,You are not also going to achieve this goals in desperation.But you surely can with rest of mind and steadiness.

    Default This way-------> It has worked for me.


    Do

    1 Drink, drink,drink...lots of Water.

    2 [B]Walk,walk, jog,jog, or Run everyday------It Increases your body metabolism( Burning of fat)

    3 Eat smaller portions about 6-8 times a day.Do not eat large portions at once or have only 1-2 meals a day as your body feels it is starving.

    4 Cut out any "processed" foods as they have extra fats for shelf life and to taste better.

    5 Stick with fresh vegetables...no starchy veggies like corn, carrots, potatoes.

    6 Have lots of protein...no sauces, etc. Plain, grilled meats. No red meat like beef unless it is very lean.

    7 Stay away from restaurants unless you can ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE that they do not cook with beef fats, butter or some sort of high density packaged lard!

    DO NOT

    DO NOT weigh yourself every day...it is discouraging

    Weigh yourself the same time every time you do...and on the same scale.
    if possible with same fittings.

    DO NOT let anyone tempt you...if they try they are not your friend!

    You can probably lose 2-4 Kgs or more the first week and 1-1.2 Kgs the following weeks but you will see your inches go down dramatically after a few weeks of walking and drinking water.
