JOB IN NIGERIA: PRINCIPAL ENGINEER (MECHANICAL) (LUSSS 11), PHYSICAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT

Towards this send, LandMark University, Nigeria is seeking to engage the service of qualified administration and technical staff in accordance with the requirement and procedures hereby state below.
LANDMARK UNIVERSITY, NIGERIA JOB VACANCIES QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Candidates must possess a first degree in mechanical engineering in a university or comparable tertiary institution.
Engineering from a recognized university with at least 10 years relevant post qualification experience preferably with at least 4 years practical experience in a university or compared tertiary institution.
Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the deployment of information technology to provide solutions to practical field problems. Applicats must be very verse in the procurement Act 2007. Tenders procedures and university contract management.
In addition, the candidate must be corporate member of Nigeria society of engineering (NSE) and must be duly registered by the council for the regulations of engineering in Nigeria (COREN) as civil engineerings).
ACCOUNTANT (LUSSS 7/1-7/12), DIRECTORATE OF FINANCE SERVICES
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Holder of a good honors degree in accounting with at least 3 years post qualification experience or final examinations of any recognized accounting bodies with at least 2 years’ experience.
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (LUSSS 8/1-8/12): Final examination of any recognized accounting bodies with at least 4 years post qualification experience or a good honors degree in accountancy with at least 4 post qualification experiences.
SENIOR ASSISTANT REGISTRAR (LUSSS 10/1/10/12), STUDENT AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A candidate must posses a good honors degree (minimum of second lower division) in social management science or humanities from a recognnise university with at least 7 years cognate experience. Membership of a professional association is and added advantage.
PRINCIPAL SYSTEM ANALYST (LUSSS 11), CENTRE FOR SYSTEMS AND INFORMATION SERVICES
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A higer degree in Computer Science or in Informatics or equivalent professional qualification plus a good honours degree in Computer Science or Informatics or related field. 3 years professional experience in System Analysis required plus 2 years experience in computer application
EXECUTIVE OFFICER (ADMIN) (LUSSS 5/1-5/12)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
An applicants must possess minimum of OND/NCE in public administration or equivalent professional from a recognize polytechnic or college of education. He/she must have at least 2 years post qualification cognate experience in tertiary institution.
CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY II (LUSSS 5/1-5/12)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
An applicant must possess minimum of OND in secretarial studies or equivalent professional qualification with at least 2 years post qualification cognate experience. Candidate should be ICT proficient and possess in tertiary institution. Candidate should be ICT proficient and possess typing skill equivalent to 100/50WPM
ADMINSTRATIVE OFFICER 11 (LUSSS 6/1-6/12)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A candidate must possess a good honor degree (minimum of second class lower division) in social management science or humanities from a recognize university plus evidence of completion/exemption of NYSC.
DIRECTOR, PHYSICAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT (LUSSS 14)
The director of physical planning and development is the chief technical officer of the university responsible to the vice-chancellor for the physical development as well as maintenance of university building, estate, equipment and other properties and for providing services and utilizes for the wellbeing of the university.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Candidate must have a good honor degree in civil engineering or architecture or building technology or quality surveying form a recognized institution of higher learning plus at least 15 years of relevant experience. Such as candidate should be below the rank of deputy director in a university or similar institution.
The right applicant must be registered menbers of relevant and recognized bodies. A masters degree in relevant field as well as experience in the supervision of SIWES will be an added advantage.
CHIEF AUDITOR (LUSSS 13/1-13/12), DIRECTORATE OF FINANCE SERVICES
The chief internal auditor is responsible to the vice-chancellor for the discharge of the duties of the office.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
Candidate for the position must possess B.Sc. in accounting with a minimum of second class lower division) plus full membership of a recognized professional accounting body, such as ICAN,ACA,ACCA,CPA etc. with at least 12 year post professional qualification experience, 5 of which must be in an institution of higher learning.
TECHNOLOGIST II (LUSSS 6/1-6/12), TECHNOLOGIST
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Same as for Technologist 1 plus post of NYSC certificate. Anybody seeking Technologist II position must be at least an associate member of the Nigeria institute of science laboratory. Technologist (ANIST or associate member of medical laboratory scientist (AMLS) in the sace of medical/clinic technologist. Science laboratory. Technologist (ANIST or association member of medical laboratory scientist (AMLS) in the case of medical/clinical technologist)
ASSISTANT MEDICAL RECORDS OFFICER (CONTISS 6), UNIVERSITY HEALTH SERVICE
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Applicants must possess ND in medical/librarianship or its equivalent qualification plus 3 years post qualification cognate experience.
LABORATORY TECHNICIANS (LUSSS6)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Applicant must possess Diploma of the school of hygiene in laboratory techniques or any approval school of health technology plus 3 year experience.
PHARMACIST I (LUSSS 8)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Candidate must possess a university degree in pharmacy with registration with the pharmacy board of Nigeria plus 2 years post qualification experience.
DIRECTOR (LUSSS 14), UNIVERSITY HEALTH SERVICE
The director administrative head of the university health service. He is directly responsible to the vice chancellor. He/she must be professionally qualified with enviable administrative pedigree.
QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE
Applicants for the above position must possess the following
MB, BS degree from a recognized university.
Fellowship of the national postgraduate medical college of Nigeria or West African college of physicians or post graduate degree in relevant discipline with at least 15 years cognate experience. The candidate must have worked in a tertiary or research institution clinic for at least 10 years
HIGHER TECHNICAL OFFICER-ELECTRICAL (LUSSS 7)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Applicants must possess HND in electrical engineering from a recognized polytechnic with at least 3 years post qualification relevant working experience on the job, preferably with 1 year practical experience in any relevant power industry
Applicant must be very verse in the procurement Act 2007, tender procurement and university contract management. Applicants must be duly registered with appropriate body.
SENIOR STRUCTUAL ENGINEER (LUSSS 9)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A good degree or equivalent qualification in engineering (mechanical) registerable with the council of registered engineering of Nigeria (COREN) with 4 years post qualification experience.
