The leadership crisis rocking the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) may have come to an end as the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said it will be relating with the party under the leadership of Chief Victor Umeh as national chairman.

In a letter to the party, signed by the Secretary to the electoral umpire, Abdullahi Kaugama, the commission stated that it has reviewed the issues relating to the leadership tussle and resolved to agree with the verdict of the courts.

The leadership of APGA has been a subject of dispute since 2005 as two factions involved in the prolong dispute had claimed leadership of the party.
