Kaduna State chapter of the Congress for Progressive Change has secured the bail of over six hundred suspects that were arrested in connection to the post presidential election crisis the state, although the party also said that not all the suspects it secured their release are members of the CPC,

Commentary
According to the chairman Alhaji Ahmadu Husseni, the post presidential elections mayhem in the state was carried out by aggrieved Nigerians who felt
cheated at the presidential polls while the burning down of the Vice President residence in his home town Zaria, and other houses belonging to most PDP
Chieftains in the state was done by some PDP youths who were still aggrieved with the outcome of the party's primary elections.
As such he maintained that most of the suspects were not members of his party and that his party only secured their bail to proof that it cares for all
Nigerians.
On the suit instituted against the kaduna state gov elect Mr Patrick Yakowa and his party PDP on alleged rigging of the gubernatorial election the CPC
chairman express optimism on the outcome of the suit.
He also said that forty-six suspects are still in prison detention while forty three others were earlier released on the basis of under age.
