Some Federal Lawmakers at a forum in Abuja have urged journalists to make the most of the freedom of information act for the development of the nation.

Speaking at a workshop for journalists on the implementation of the act, the law makers also warned journalists not to use the law to witch hunt anybody.

The law makers at the forum include former national president of the Nigerian Union of journalists, Senator Smart Adeyemi, former spokesperson of the Senate, Senator Ayogu Eze and Representative Abike Dabiri-Erewa.
