Nigeria is a sovereign state with a 'federal system' of government. However, the principle of seperation of power is just a paper work; most especially in states where legislators are mere governor's rubber stamp. The judiciary is like a 'piper' to governor who always dictates the tune. The emergence of Aminu Waziri Tambulwa as speaker as shown that the house of rep.is growing. But what about Senate, where things remain the same. The current injustices going on in our judicial system call for for pragmatic measures. Or how would one describe what is going on in the judiciary? Who should be sacked between Katsina-Alu and Ayo Salami? Our electoral system is still underdeveloped, despite all the money, energy, time, technicalities and wisdom invested by poor Jega. However, Nigerians should prepare to vote people who will make and fulfill promise; because majority of these policy makers are products of 'political cabal'. Infact, i doubt the credibility of any policy made by these lawmakers. The destiny of Nigeria is in the hands of Nigerians not Foreigners. Long live Nigeria.
