I have submitted this before on another thread,But I felt the topic deserves it's on thread.

It pains me a lot,as if , I should die ,to see The NIGERIAN POLICE , STILL COLLECTING N20 ,N50,N100 on road side,DESPITE THE FACT THAT ,ALL THE INSPECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE AND LAW MAKERS knows everything about it ,YET THEY PRETEND AS IF NOTHING LIKE THIS IS HAPPENING.
They even mount road blocks in town to collect money from poor drivers suffering to make their living,threatening them some times at gun point,the painful part for me is that ,for the last 12 years I have seen this act done even this morning.When will this madness stop.
