We, the people, must participate actively to curb the menace. These criminals do not come from Jupiter. They are our brothers and sisters. And people know them or at least suspect what they do. But we all keep quite because of fear or benefits. They commit crime to come back and enjoy their criminality in our midst. They do not go to the moon. If we want, we can identify most criminals in our society.
