I want to know what you do with some hot cases (I man topics),As per authorities involved.

The admin send cases accordingly to the appropriate authorities as much as is in our jurisdictions,
The Admin partner with other agencies that are in the same mission of effecting changes,
The Admin also write directly on behalf of the community to the authorities involved,
