Nigeria's Super Eagles began training yesterday afternoon at The Abuja National Stadium ahead of this weekend crucial 2012 nation's cup qualifier against the Walya Antelopes of Ethiopia.

Nigeria host Ethiopia in a crucial 2012 Africa cup of nations qualifier in Abuja more than 18 years since they thrashed the Walya Antelopes 4-0 in a 1994 world cup tie.

Ukraine-based Defender, Dele Adeleye was first to arrive the camp on Monday evening, before real Zaragoza striker Ikechukwu Uche and older brother Kalu joined up along with Inter Milan midfielder Joel Obi.

Other arrivals were Peter Utaka, Victor Obinna Nsofor, Efe Ambrose and Nnamdi Oduamadi as well as Chibuzor Okonkwo, Julius Ubido and goalkeeper Sunday Rotimi from the Nigeria Premier League.

Meanwhile, ahead of the Sunday nation's cups qualifier against Ethiopia in Abuja, former Super Eagles Captain Kanu Nwankwo says he is confident of victory.
