This our Governor is a funny person,of all projects that pople embark on,his own is to build a 459 million naira toilet in 11 council area of the state ( 41.7 milion naira for each council toilet ),Yet the state has no adequate water supply.As if that was not enough the project is been given such an urgent attention as if,if he did not build the toilets,the State will colapse.
Same man awarded a contract for 1000 tri-cycles and 50 units was delivered.My village does not need toilet,what we need is good water.
