The customer care services is about the worst department in their organisation. Unfortunately, it is the image that is been shown to the world.
I guess they don't not misbehave in South Africa half the way they do in Nigeria, When you need to resolve an issue,They ask you to dial 180, you'll be directed to 181 'to speak with an agent'.
Getting to 181, you'll be directed to 'end this call and dial 180' to speak with an agent or go to their Website, that one is even the worst,You will place a comment and nobody will respond except the auto machine.
As if that was not enough, you may spend the whole day without success since all their agents are always 'currently busy'. When you are 'fortunate' to get through, they will keep on playing their kind of music to your ears for as long as you are able to hold on,as if that is what you came to hear: no one will ever speak to you.
I am not alone in this,I don't know whether this problem is peculiar to Port-Harcourt alone. I experienced that several times last weekend until I finally gave up calling. Now the situation is repeating itself again this morning.
