In line with its determination to redefine freedom in telecommunications experience in Nigeria, and based on wide acceptance from customers and requests since the launch of the epoch making Tariff plan, 2Good, Airtel Nigeria has launched a variant of the 2Good offer for the post-paid individual customers .
With the introduction of the 2Good package for the post-paid individual segment of the market, Airtel has opened a fresh window for this category of its customers to also enjoy some of the most attractive call rates in the industry which includes enjoying 20k per second charge for calls to all networks within Nigeria and to the United States of America. The 20k tariff kicks in after the first 30 minutes of call within a month. Customers will pay 60k per second for the first 30 minutes within a month.
Additionally, Airtel is offering the retail post-paid customers the opportunity to call major international destinations frequented by Nigerians such as Canada, UK (fixed lines), India and China as well as USA at the same tariff. The new 2 Good post-paid offer also comes with 20 monthly free on-net SMS.
Announcing the extended 2Good offer, Deepak Srivastava, Chief Operating Officer & Executive Director, Airtel Nigeria, said the introduction of the tariff plan is in line with the company’s desire to continuously excite and delight more people in Nigeria and therefore herald the dawn of staying mobile with the innovative call rate regime in the country.
He explained that Airtel considered the vast and unique business and travel interests of the target segment in deciding to widen the number of international destinations that can be called for 20k per second, from one to five.
According to Mr. Srivastava, “we are not only extending the freedom to our customers to do what they choose, we are also providing them with the tools to meet life’s daily challenges. We at Airtel have no doubt that the newly introduced tariff will help our post-paid individuals customers enhance communication with their business partners and associates as well as with their friends and family members.
Recently, Airtel Nigeria opened up more channels through the Wazobia ‘Easy Recharge’ for customers to recharge their lines in the most convenient ways including online, ATM, Airtel shops and vendors.
