The MTN Magic Number Service is Unavailable : After enjoying this service for two months , I decided to re subscribed , only to get this message :

''The MTN Magic Number Service is Unavailable for service improvement. Please try again in 2 weeks.''

It's beeing more than 6 weeks now and I kept getting this message ''The MTN Magic Number Service is Unavailable for service improvement. Please try again in 2 weeks.''

The excuse i got from MTN Service promoters is that the MTN magic number services was over subscribed as such there is a need to upgrade their facilities to cater for more people and also that after the upgrade someone can have you as his/her MTN magic number despite you having another person, a situation not existing at the moment. E. g A's magic number is B and C's magic number can be A.

What so ever the case, I 'll like MTN Nigeria to know that, It is of no good starting what you can not do, hope ''The MTN Magic Number Service is Unavailable " message will soon be resolved.
