ZTE, a Nigerian-based Chinese company and maker of telecommunications equipment and mobile devices, has described Nigeria as a key market for growth of the telecommunications device in Africa and the world.
The Managing Director, Xiang Pingnian, made this known during a media parley in Lagos to kick off ZTE’s open market operations in Nigeria. He also assured Nigerians that their priority is to provide the best quality and good services they are known for worldwide.
According to Pingnian, ZTE would never compromise its standard, quality and services; “We are leading brand in Africa, US and other European countries. Our products meet Nigerian Standard. And Nigeria is a country to do mobile business. Some of the premium products in the open market are: Blade v7lite, BladeA910, Axon 7mini, Blade v7 max, BladeA452 and Axon7, and entry level feature phones.


“These phones are affordable because we understand the present economy of the country today”.
Also speaking, Vice President, ZTE Corporation, Mr. Shen Hui described the company’s drive for the best as the beauty of technology.


He added that ZTE aim to create technical breakthroughs with the powerful merging of technology and imagination to contribute to the development of human society.
