  • Ahmed Musa Departs Leicester City for Al Nassr, Saudi Arabia

Ahmed Musa has been signed by Al Nassr from Premier League club, Leicester City. The Nigerian moves for an undisclosed fee and signs a 4-year contract with the Saudi club. The 25-year-old striker has already been capped 72 times by his country and was part of Nigeria’s 2018 World Cup squad.

Musa joined Leicester in 2016 for a club record £16.6million, joining from CSKA Moscow. He burst onto the scene for the foxes during a pre-season friendly against Barcelona, breezing past Sergi Roberto and Javier Mascherano before coolly slotting past keeper Jordi Masip. However, once the season started he struggled to nail down a starting spot in the East Midlands, restricted to substitute appearances. With playing time dwindling under Claude Puel, he re-joined CSKA Moscow on loan in January 2018.

Ahmed Musa has left Leicester City for Al-Nassr for an undisclosed fee, the Saudi Arabian club has announced.
Struggle continues, even if victory is not Certain.
