All new Postgraduate candidates who are admitted into the University of Jos for the 2010/2011 academic session are to confirm their status and further commence online registration from the 1st of September, 2010 by following the steps below. Please note that registration and payments will be done.

-Before proceeding to the internet, a candidate is expected to possessed the following

(a) An interswitch enabled ATM card that has not less than N2,500 loaded on it. You can obtain campus card from any branch of Syke Bank or ATM card from any other bank.
(b) A scanned passport sized photograph( the photograph must be well scanned, less than 100kb and in jpeg format)

-Proceed to the internet and log on to to download and print the detailed instructions on how to fill the registration form and make payment for the acceptance fee.

-Follow the instruction to complete your registration form and pay acceptance fee (2,500.00) through your ATM Card. Print a copy of your payment receipt from the online payment

-Candidates should report after doing (3) above, to the office of the Secretary, School of Postgraduate Studies for clearance from the 13th of September, 2010.

-The following documents will be required from candidates for clearance in the School of Postgraduate Studies
(a) Print out acceptance fee payment receipt.
(b) 4 passport sized photographs
(c) Original Copies of relevant candidates credentials
(d) Original Copies of birth certificate or declaration of age.

-After clearance, candidates are expected to proceed to pay their School fees online using the same interswitch card. Details of fee payment instructions can be downloaded at

-Late registration will attract an additional charge of Five thousand naira only (N5,000.00) only. The date for commencement of late registration will be communicated in due course.
